What’s the turnaround time?
Mixing projects are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity and number of tracks. Mastering turnaround is 1-3 business days
What will I receive at the end?
You’ll get a high-quality WAV file at 44.1kHz, 48Khz, 96Khz (and MP3 if needed), fully mixed and/or mastered, ready for upload to streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.
How many revisions are included?
We offer 10 free revisions per project to make sure you’re fully satisfied with the final sound.
Do you work in all genres?
We specialize in Pop, Disco, Indie House, Rock, R&B but we are always open to working on any style — just reach out and let’s chat.
What file types do I need to send?
For mixing, please send your stems as WAV files (24-bit preferred), all starting from the same time period with a reference mix. Please provide a rough raw mix of your tack. For mastering, just send your final mix (WAV format, -6dB headroom recommended).
Can I get an instrumental version or an acapella?
Yes of course! We can provide that with no extra cost. Just ask either at the beginning or at the end.
FAQ's
What if I’m not happy with the final result?
We will work with you to make it right as client satisfaction is key. If you’re still not satisfied after revisions, we will offer an additional final 2 revisions.
Should I send you reference mixes?
Yes 100%. If you have references from songs you would to include in yours, send them across.
Can I hear samples of your work?
Yes! You can listen to samples here: If you’d like to hear something genre-specific, just send a message.
Will you add Reverb/Delay?
We will not add anythingvif you have specifically told me not too or there is certain reverb/delay effects that you've used for sound design. I will tend to add reverb/delay where I feel the one will benefit it.
Can I send you my Logic/Pro Tools session file?
Yes you can! We both work mainly in Pro tools but make sure if you are sending Logic or pro tools sessions over, make sure you send the whole folder (including the audio files) and any sound designs are committed. For other DAW's please export/bounce tracks as normal
Should I send a Raw Mix?
Yes that would be ideal. The levels do not need to be perfect but it will give me an idea of how you want the song to sound
